3. Pricing & Validity

  • Prices listed on the Site are for reference only

  • Bulk pricing is based on quantity and customization requirements

  • Quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated

4. Payment Terms

We accept secure payments via PayPal and Stripe.

For bulk orders, alternative payment arrangements (such as bank transfer) may be agreed upon.

Production will begin only after payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Production & Lead Time

  • Samples: 3–7 business days

  • Bulk production: typically 7–20 business days

Production time may vary depending on order size and customization level.

6. Shipping & Risk Transfer

Shipping terms will be confirmed based on the order.

Unless otherwise agreed, risk transfers to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the carrier.

We will assist with logistics coordination but are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

7. Product Variations

Due to the nature of textile products, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur and are considered acceptable within industry standards.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site is owned by APEX and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
